Privacy and cookies

LionRouge is responsible for the data collected on this site. The site is built and hosted by TATWIR, the agency’s technical provider.

Cookie-free measurement, for all visitors

We count page views, clicks to WhatsApp or the phone, and shares, with the page language, the site you came from, the type of device and the country (estimated from your IP address, which is not part of these figures). These figures are anonymous: they cannot identify you.

Server logs

Like any website, the server records each page requested, with your IP address, the date and the browser. These logs are used only for security (attacks, outages) and are erased after twelve months.

Your choice

A cookie keeps your choice for six months (ik_consentement). After that, you are asked again.

Audience measurement and follow-up of your requests (with your consent)

A cookie with random content (ik_v, thirteen months) links your visits: pages and properties viewed, time spent, site of origin, city estimated from your IP address. If you message the agency on WhatsApp, a visitor code is added to your message, which you see before sending it: it lets the agency see the properties you were interested in. This data is kept for twenty-five months at most, and erased as soon as you withdraw your consent.

Advertising (with your consent)

This site does not use any advertising service.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or erase data about you, and object to its use (Moroccan law 09-08; the EU General Data Protection Regulation for visitors from the European Union). To do so, contact the agency: dev@benyakhlef.com, +33 6 09 30 60 54.

You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country, for example the CNDP in Morocco or the CNIL in France.
